You do — both. Your course content is yours, your learner data belongs to you and your organizations, and you can export learner progress as a CSV anytime. We never sell data and never contact your learners for our own purposes. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. When a learner finishes the course (and passes the quiz, if you've added one), they can download a completion certificate in your brand — your name, your colors. Every certificate carries a unique number and a public verification link, so an employer or organization can confirm it's real.
Add them one at a time, or upload a CSV roster and enroll a whole organization at once. Each learner gets an email invitation with their sign-in link. There's a sample CSV in the dashboard so the format is never a guessing game.
The course builder works like a document editor — write or paste your modules, add video, build quizzes. If your material lives in a PDF, you can upload it and Learnt will draft modules from it for you to review and edit. You approve everything before learners see it.
The trial needs no credit card. When it ends, add a payment method to keep going — until you do, access is paused, but nothing you built is deleted. Your course and learner data are exactly where you left them.
